Newbie from Oakland, California

Hello everyone,

I am Shaunak Deo. I am from Oakland, CA. I am a techie in the Bay Area and I am looking to meet new people, learn about real estate investing and invest in my first property. 

I started learning about real estate investment a couple of months ago. Currently, I am religiously listening to BP podcasts while traveling or exercising. I am really excited to introduce myself here as Josh and Branden always mention that introducing on BP is the first step towards getting to know anyone on BP.

If you need any help with computers, online marketing or website design let me know. I would be happy to assist. If you need a hand in painting or any kind of work let me know, I am good with tools and lifting stuff.
