My name is Cody Kemrite, I'm 2 years removed from college and currently work at The Home Depot's company headquarters. I have had a desire to invest in real estate for the past couple of years and have been trying to learn as much as I can while I save money to start this journey. I recently stumbled upon the BiggerPockets podcast and then found my way here.
My goal in real estate is to invest in buy & hold properties back in my home state of Texas. Being young with a patient, methodical mindset, I am currently in the midst of a 5 year goal to save up $60k to start my real estate investing career. Within these 5 years my goal is to learn as much as I can about real estate investing, and I can't wait to see how much I can learn from this site!
