Middle TN. 29yr old Just getting started.

Hello,

My name is Grayson. I am from Middle, TN and graduated from University of Tennessee in 2011. Currently, I work as a quality manager for a production company in middle TN. 

Recently, I purchased my first home. I have 2 roommates lined up to free up some cash. I also plan on selling my truck and getting something more affordable to be able to purchase more real estate. 

Short term goal is to get $2k-$4k in mail box/passive income from cash flow properties. I really enjoy listening to the pod costs and learning.
