Hello from Chicago
My name is Patrick Jacknow and I am a commercial/residential broker. I work with my father about 10 minutes outside the Loop. He has based his business on residential (which is what I learned on), where as I have thrown my focus towards commercial.
I specialize in close relationships with bankers and securing deals before they hit the market. Eight + caps are the normal range, specifying in large office, retail, and multi-family.
