Hello! How about southern California Apartment Investing?
Hello BP community! I have been following the site for a few months now and getting some great info from everyone. Much appreciated!
Originally from Arizona and now out in the beautiful southern California area, I have been focused on commercial real estate for the last 5 years here. Coming from a construction and engineering background gave me a great foundation to understand real estate and the possibilities of what is possible in regards to re-positioning assets with my previous firm. I just recently broke off on my own again and started a small firm. Focused on multifamily value add deals, 10-25 or so units, in southern California with an emphasis on the Long Beach area. We have a some internal funds from a few projects to put to work as well as commitments from friends and family sources.
Always looking for good advice, investors and to build new relationships to expand our team, I thought this community would be great to help me learn and get connected! Look forward to meeting some of you.
