Hi everyone! My name is Ca're (pronounced just like Carrie- my parents were hippies). I live in the smallish town of Adrian, Mi (closest big city is Ann Arbor or Toledo, Oh). I've been working at a real estate agency as an office manager for the last 2 years, and I'm also a photographer. I'm looking to go full time with my photography business, and hoping to start investing in real estate to do that. 

My husband and I have been looking at properties for over a year now, and think we've found our first one- just need to pull equity out of our house (hopefully) to fund the deal. My goal is to have 5 units in the next 2 years.
