Real Estate Investing in Pittsburgh

I new to Real Estate investing, and I would like to give credit to BP for teaching me all I know. I have recently purchased my first property in Pittsburgh using my VA loan in order to learn the process with little to no money down on the deal. The deal I purchased was a 3 bedroom town home for a purchase price of $95k, and an ARV of $135. Before I pulled the trigger I found myself in the "Analysis Paralysis" phase of investing. I found my calm when I just went with my gut. Now that I'm about to close on this deal (23JUN17), I'm looking for my next deal. I have no idea what I'm doing, but I started developing a small team of investors amongst my military coworkers. I have no idea how to structure a partnership deal, so I'm looking for a mentor in the Pittsburgh area willing to share some insight. Thank you BP for the information and feedback
