Hello all, I am looking at investing in real property. Have my brokers license and I am a certified appraiser. Have been active in this particular market for 33 years but have not bought rental property. Looking at ways to have income in retirement and I'm thinking about rental properties would be a good way to go. I'm here to observe and absorb knowledge from you all
