Introduction and Networking
Hi my name is Cory Moon. I am brand new to Bigger Pockets. I was a contractor in the Northeast part of Ohio for the last ten years, working with an amazing group of skilled tradesmen. After those years of learning the trades I have recently moved to the Orlando area in Florida and I am looking to network and build relationships. I am working for a company called Hartville Homes (family owned). At this moment in time we are looking to start flipping homes in the 200-500k range in upscale neighborhoods within a moderate (maybe 30m) radius from where we are located (Longwood, FL). I have some previous knowledge of wholesaling and want to network with wholesalers and anyone with general knowledge of investment possibilities in the area. Our short term goals are to flip around 10 homes per year and eventually move into rental properties for long term wealth accumulation. On a side note I am also looking to connect with mentors. I am soon to get my real estate associates license and there are many many questions I have and will have in the months ahead. Looking forward to talking to new people. Have a great day
