Hello, I'm Victoria, and I've been listening to the podcast for a few years now, but fairly new to the forum. I'm originally from the Bay Area and moved out to Sacramento not too long ago. It was too expensive for me to buy in the Bay, so I bought my first house in Sacramento, house-hacked it, and just recently rented it out and bought a condo, and looking to repeat the process. I work in construction management as a project engineer for a GC, but looking to get out of that industry and have more hours in the day to enjoy life. I'm hoping to get into flipping and buy and hold for more passive income. Looking forward to interacting with you all. Cheers, Victoria
