Hello BP family!!!
My name is Clarissa and I've been a member of BP for about 6 weeks now. I have learned so much and the energy of BP keeps me motivated. I live in Tampa, FL, employed full-time as a law enforcement officer, but I want to purse real estate full-time.
So here is my WHY:
I come from a very financially strapped family with many members working pay check to pay check. I want to change this and create a legacy of wealth and financial freedom. I'm tired of being broke and barely living. I'm tired of having my time controlled by going to a 9-5 everyday, most times working unpaid overtime. My job is very stressful and drains me mentally and physically to the point where I have no energy for my 9 year old son. I want to change that. I want to be less stressed, spend more time with my family, travel and be free, financially! I want to be HAPPY!
My interests are rental properties and fix and flips. I just started the process of securing a FHA loan, the plan is to house hack for 1 year to get me started.

Welcome to BP; there is a lot to learn. And you will always be learning, house hacking is a great way to get started. I personally wish I had started that way, but by the time I got started, my family was already tied into our current home. Well anyways, Good luck and God Bless!
