Newbie from Iowa
Hello all. I am from near Victor, Iowa My name is Lance Schaefer and I am a 42 yr old male looking to quit his day job and get into r.e. investing. I am looking for a mentor and have no real estate background. I have been reading and reading for months and have decided that I want to wholesale..bird dog...rehab and flip and eventually build a positive cash flow with buy and holds. I have my first two deals that I'm in on the ground floor of and they are sf houses from a bank foreclosure that I am trying to purchase.
I am very committed to doing this and am ready to get my hands dirty and learn all I can. Anyone else here from Iowa? Thanks for viewing and drop me a line. Thanks.
