New to Bigger Pockets

Hi Guys,

I'm Jeremey and I am fairly new to bigger pockets and I'm excited to join. I am a new investor in Sacramento,CA. I am a year out of college and I currently work for the state, but have goals of working my way out a full-time job. I currently have a real estate license but am not associated with any broker. 

I am currently looking to connect work with and network with others in Sacramento and the surrounding areas. I would love to have a few deals done before the year is over, and possibly an investment property. I look forward to networking and connecting with you all.
