Hello all,

Glad to find a site with some many people that helps each other. I live in the Memphis market. I'm looking to network and grow my business. I'm a wholesaler with properties available 40%-70% ARV. I'm also looking to learn more about commercial investing, because I want to own a min of 2 Apt Bldgs with min 50 units. I look forward to speaking with everyone. Thanks!
