Hi Everyone! I've been lurking on BP for almost a year now and have found it to be an amazing resource of knowledge and tools. I just moved back to the Charlotte, NC area and I am eager to learn and continue to build my real estate investment portfolio and help others do the same.

Charlotte market is still a great place to invest. You just need to know how to find deals off the MLS. Welcome to Charlotte! My recommendation is to get involved in meetups and network, network, network!
