Novice and I LOVE advice!
Hi everyone. I'm new to BP, introducing myself. I have a couple of years of investing education under my belt and am working harder than ever before every single day...working toward that elusive first deal. I am in Southern California and am looking for private money to fund possible rehab deals. Alos keeping my eyes open for property that I can wholesale to other investors. Building my team and would love to add more contacts to the "lenders" and "buyers" lists! Great site and I'm already gaining so much more knowledge by being here.
