Aloha!! Just joined the wonderful community of BP and am so grateful to have found it.  I have been reading the blogs and watching some of the webinar.  I am now working at a food market Bakery/ Starbucks, but would like to change my career into Real Estate Investment. I'm at the point in my life where I would like to enjoy my life with my family and travel and be my own boss and not having to work for  less then I am worth.

I would like to learn how to purchase a home and fix it up and then use it as a vocation rental in Hawaii ( but I don't mind staring in Arizona). And some day have one in Korea where I use to live during the summer when I was younger.

 I would appreciate any one's  advice or could teach me anything and everything, I am will  to talk or meet up and exchange ideas and encouragement.
