Hello BP Community,

I found this website and it has a ton of great information. My goal for 2010 is to buy my first investment property. I am leaning towards a flip or two to build my cash reserve than ultimately invest in rental properties to receive 'residual' income. That is my simple goal summed up in a sentence.

What are some good books and/or guides to read about real estate investing? Once again, I am a newbie and would like to learn the basics first than evolve into more complicated matters.
