Hello, my name is Karee Awls I'm orginally from Reynoldsburg, and have been working in the Real Estate Industry for over 14 years + overseeing Portfolio's that range in as many as 1-1723 single family homes, apartment complexes and commercial properties. Through out the years I have gained a ton of experience working with an array of very talented professional's in this industry and have even had the pleasure of working with a Real Estate Developer. He taught me how to navigate through the industry by purchasing real estate and redeveloping it for the purpose of rivitizing distressed neighborhoods. I am here to assist investors throughout the country and even locally who are looking to hire someone to find the the deal, fix and flip for a higher after repair value. I am also interested in overseeing buy and holds an have the right team in place. My goal is to raise enough capital to eventually to start my own Real Estate Development firm build an empire where my team offers advisory services and oversees an array of needs investor needs either privately or bank owned.
