New Member Palm Beach County
Hi all!
I'm Joseph Beck and I've been a member here on Bigger Pockets for awhile but just upgraded to a Pro account! This is my first post although I've been listening to the podcasts for a couple of years. I'm originally from Olympia, Washington but I live for a few years in Washington DC and last year moved to South Florida. I'm a Registered Nurse but made the switch to full time real estate as a Florida Realtor aka licensed real estate agent. I work mostly in Palm Beach County. I am an investor as well as I've done my own live-in flip and now it is my first single family rental. For fun, I enjoy mountain climbing which there is none of here in South Florida. I'm also an avid SCUBA diver which there is plenty of in the local area. I am a PADI Divemaster and am under the water at least weekly. I'm always looking for new adventures!
