Hi BP-  My name is Jon and I have lived here in wonderful Portland Oregon since the 90's. I am currently in real estate and am a residential broker in PDX.  I stumbled upon this community and have been an on and off lurker.  My primary interest is to learn more about generating passive income so I may(hopefully) retire early. Before finding BP, I began my journey primarily through reading and talking with people in my business who were buying real estate for themselves.  I look forward to hanging around here, participating, and networking.
