Good Closing Attorney (Wholesale Transactions)
I am a Newbie investor getting my start in Wholesale Real estate. I am in search of a good Attorney that handles Wholesale Transactions in the Boston Area, Anyone have any good recommendations for closing attornies who handle the specific transactions and Or familiar with 1.Double Closings 2.Sellers side only HUD 3.Willing to work with investors 4.Handle Assignment contracts any recommendations would be appreciated.
