Start with all the biggerpockets books. The beginner's guide to REI by Brandon Turner is a good place to start and figure out what RE niche you want to focus on.

@Peter Farina, our fellow colleague's have given you a GR8 list thus far and it is hard to disagree with any and all that they have mentioned.  Your question is fairly loaded as there are SO MANY GR8 books out there that it is tough to pin point which is the best.  However, with that said, if I may what kind of investing are you interested in?  Your profile states that you are pretty much interested in everything and as a fairly new investor myself I can appreciate that as the proverbial shiny object syndrome it can be tough to decide what is best for you.  So with that said, I challenge you to start with the fundamentals and basics and get a generally good understanding of the WORLD of REI and then once you have a general understanding of what may interest you dive in!

So with all of that said, I highly recommend checking out the "Ultimate Beginners Guide to RE investing" presented by BP.  However, in true BP fashion this question has been asked many times before which is where I was able to run down this link:    https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2013/04/1...

So, with all of that said, regardless of which book you choose, the MOST IMPORTANT thing is to apply what you learned and take action as without this the knowledge learned from the book is absolutely useless!  Welcome to BP Nation and the best site in the world for REI don't quit posting and learning as this will help keep you motivated!  Here is to wishing you nothing but the best in your 2017 REI ventures!
