Newbie from Cape Cod!

Hi there! I'm Holly. I'm from Cape Cod by way of Las Vegas and Madison, WI. My newly-established business is an homage to being the third woman in my family to work with Real Estate - and I am focusing on residential Real Estate transactions and flips. The Cape is an interesting little niche market that I'm learning inside and out, but I also plan to expand to Boston/South Shore as well as Las Vegas after I've seen some success in my own back yard. I'm currently diving into the BP Podcast and forums and looking to build my team and network on Cape. I also am getting my logistical and financial ducks in a row so I am ready to make moves when I find the right deals. My motivation in building this business is to create something that will help me exceed my current time for money income limits.
