Newbie from Atlanta Area
My name is Sygonia and I am new to investing. I have no experience and I am here to soak up as much information and share my experiences in success as well as failures as they come. I don't believe in only taking but I want to share/give my assistance in any way that I can. I currently have a rental residence in Augusta, Georgia and a primary in the Atlanta area. I hopefully will be selling the rental because it is work to make sure that it is being maintained as I think it should. I want to have my properties in the area that I live in. I am also working on a non-profit that will get families off of the streets and get them into affordable housing while offering them in job placement. I guess that is enough about me.... OH wait... The best part of me is my spouse and four children. They are the reason why I continue to strive for better
