20 in SF, ready to jump in
Hi everyone, I'm 20 and just moved to the bay area a month ago for my first real job. Now that I have a steady income stream I'm looking to jump into real estate. I plan to be aggressive and push to do as many deals as I can. Looking to start with buy and hold, likely out of state.
