Starting My REI Journey in Tampa
Hi everyone! This is James Presendieu from Tampa, Fl. I am joining the BP forums after stumbling across the BP podcasts. I have had an interest in real estate for awhile and even worked as an office manager in a real estate office for a few summers during college. Unfortunately, I focused on my corporate career and forgot about REI. Like many of the guests on the BP podcasts I recently listened to Rich Dad Poor Dad and had my REI passion restored. I am 5 years into my working career and know real estate is my true path to gaining financial freedom. I am looking to start with wholesaling to gain experience in real estate. I would love to meet other investors and wholesalers and anyone else who's interested in real estate in the Tampa area. I have been living in Tampa for about 4 years now in different areas. I would like to connect over coffee or lunch to learn all that I can about the business and the market here in Tampa.
