Greetings fellow BP members! My name is Marco and new here to BP. I live in Chicago and currently own a multi-unit in Pilsen that I'm also living in. Looking to scale my real estate portfolio through BRRR investing and flips. BP has been an amazing source of information and I look forward to meeting fellow investors.

@Marco Morales Welcome! Good luck. I'm an investor from the NW Suburbs. There's some great meetings. A meetup associated with BiggerPockets I believe (https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/521/topics/131087-chicago-meetup) and also CAREIA is a good group in the burbs. There are many groups that are scummy and really only profit centers for companies that run them, so beware.
