Hello BP,
New member from the Boston area.
While on the road for business several months ago I decided to search for a real estate podcast and I landed on BP. Since then I have been inspired by the podcasts, blogs, tools and forums - great work, all!
I currently own 1 rental property in Boston and another property in metrowest Boston (current residence) that will be converted into rental property in the near future. My wife and I are partners in the business and are interested in expanding our portfolio. Currently, seeking a small multi family.
