New Miami Investor Ready to Learn!
Hi Guys my name is Jason and I'm new to real estate investing as well as to Bigger Pockets. A finance manager by day I am based out of Miami Florida and have decided to finally take the plunge and pursue my passion in real estate investing which I have always had. Having recently turned 30 with a wife and three kids I am looking to take on the challenges that come from time commitments while also dedicating myself to the building of my real estate portfolio here in Miami, Florida. I am interested in pursuing a buy and hold strategy and am looking to accomplish this through the rehabbing and refinancing of duplex and other small multifamily properties. I would like to network with and learn from real estate investors, wholesalers, contractors, home inspectors, private money lenders and others. I appreciate the support of a community such as BP and I look forward to seeing what I can learn as well as contribute!
