Hello, Some background on myself: Homeowner for the past 1 1/2 year. Bought my house with the goal of quickly flipping. With the appreciating market I decided to stay in my house for two years to capture the appreciation while avoiding capital gains. My mortgage is 150k and I expect to list my house once 2 years is up at around 250k.I am 25 with very little experience, but would like buy an investment rental property (to hold long term) as well as another home for myself to live in. Debt free and make around 160k per year. Appreciate any comments you may have on how you would approach starting off in real estate investing given my current situation.
