New Investor in Houston, TX
Hi Everyone!
My name is Wesley, and I'm based in Houston, TX. I'm new to Real Estate, but I'm eager to begin investing and networking in the Houston area. I just purchased my first property as a primary residence.
I am a licensed Texas attorney, and I currently work in a non-legal role in the Oil & Gas industry. I am also in the process of becoming a license Real Estate Sales Agent. I have completed all education requirements, and I am awaiting approval to register for the license exam from TREC. I'm also working my way through the BiggerPockets podcasts and Ultimate Beginner's Guide.
I hope to leverage my diverse background in business and law to bring value to my real estate endeavors. One of my first goals, is to begin attending local investor and networking events. I'm very open to advice and suggestions, and I look forward to meeting many of you!
