Newbie from McDonough, GA!
Hello!
A newbie here from the McDonough, GA area (about 30 miles south of Atlanta, GA). I'm a novice to the real estate investment industry but I am eager to us what I have learned thus far to begin purchasing single family homes and using these homes as rental properties. At the current time my area of focus is McDonough, GA and Fort Valley, GA. McDonough, GA currently has a great deal of property developments in the area that has led to an increased demand in property in the area. Fort Valley, GA is a focus because of the demand for alternative student housing in the area and the low costs to acquire single family homes.
