New Investor Introductions
Hello everybody, I just wanted to introduce myself and learn how to start networking on this website. I'm Sally Salaldino and my boyfriend Dustin Karrick and I are beginning to invest in real estate. We recently bought two duplexes in Anderson IN but one needed a bigger rehab budget then we anticipated. So we had to give the duplex back to the owner because we couldn't find the financing for the rehab. Luckily the owner wasn't mad at all and understood our mistake. We then signed the document closing the contract and still kept the other producing duplex. Now we're focusing on learning more as we progress. I'm excited to learn all i can on this website and make great connections with many people.
