Hey guys im new here,im 21 and looking to get started into wholesaling or short sales.
After having been in construction for years and it being really slow right now im over it and want to find something new that doesnt require alot of physical work and makes really good money lol!
what would you guys suggest i do to get started in either wholesaling or short sales?
Any secret websites lol or any info would help me out alot!

As far as the secret website.....YOU FOUND IT!!!

I too am new to investing and in reading the BP forums for the past 3 or 4 months I have learned more than the 20 or so books on REI that I have read over the past two years. The people on this site have so much information and are more than willing to share with anyone that wants to listen. On top of that I find this material much more believable than the books because it is being told by people doing it everyday and not just someone trying to sell a book.
