Hey everyone- My name is Mike and I am from Morris County, NJ. My business partner and I have just joined BiggerPockets after hearing a podcast a few weeks ago about wholesaling. Our current goal is to have our first contract flip by the end of September. Being that we are still new to REI, if anyone has suggestions or knowledge they could share, that would be awesome. I look forward to being part of this community of like minded people and helping when/where I can.
