Hello everyone,
I stumbled upon this site a few days ago and I'm amazed at the amount of FREE educational information. I'm a child abuse detective with aspirations of acquiring buy and hold properties in the next 12-18 months. I live in Montgomery County, MD and work in Howard County, MD (relocating to Howard next year). Since finding this site, I've been consistently reading the blogs and listening to past podcast episodes. A good amount of my initial questions about getting started in REI have already been answered by some of the blogs I've read so far.
I plan on starting with single family homes and eventually moving on to multi-family. I’m still in the learning phase and the bigger pockets community is a wealth of information.
