Reliability of Property Managers
Are most property managers 'good enough'? Is there a big difference between finding someone 'excellent' vs 'can do the job'? Is it worth paying more for one who's supposed to be better?
What's the best way to find someone you can trust? Are the BP forums a good source for this? Do I need to interview a ton of them before committing?
