Looking for advice and assistance
Hello everyone. I'm a new investor and trying to figure out where I should start. I live in Jacksonville, Fl and will be separating from the military in a couple months. Unfortunately I do no have a job lined up so I was looking to see is my best option to be a real estate agent first, or get into investing? I'm looking for this to be my full time employment. I recently went to Than Merrill's 3 day workshop but I can't afford his services. What software or services can u guys recommend which would get me good leads and deals, but at minimal cost?
