Investing, Wholesale, what's next?
Hey guys I'm finally posting ! Been in here just reading forums and people's comments for the longest. Okay so my name is Amber I currently live in NY, but raised in NJ. I looking to get into real estate and to mainly target the Essex county area to start off. I've been doing a lot allot of research on eBay my next move should be . I'm am currently saving up money because I do eventually want to invest in a house and maybe fix it rent it out for cash flow then sale it. But I know it start with money first that way so I then was looking how can I jump start on with little to no money down. Then I came across wholesaling and the steps to make that work . So I started with making a few play around business cards on vista-print. I also know I need to start working on some bandit signs. I know i probably need to try to find and attend some local reia meetings. Get in there talk to people and just network and find some future cash buyers hopefully ! But I don't even know if I can just attend these meetings , can I just walk in there? And what else should I be doing? I'm so ready to start this thing off. So tired of my job. Thanks guys :)
