Looking to connect in San Diego

Hello San Diego,

I just moved to the San Diego area yesterday (currently in la mesa) to play soccer for the indoor team (Sockers). I am 28 and have some real estate experience, but still a relative newbie.

I am interested in helping an experienced land lord or house flipper. My schedule is very flexible, so I have a lot of available time and excellent people skills. I can help with answering phones, odd jobs, direct mail, checking out properties etc .

My goals are to add value and learn. Looking forward to connecting!

Thanks,

Andy
