Hello BP members and happy Sunday! I'll be closing on a large single family in Dorchester, MA (02124) next week. I plan to flip the home and would really like to connect with some Dorchester property experts to make sure that I don't over invest in the rehab. Anyone out there who'd be open to provide some help?
