Greetings!
My name is Martin Sanchez from San Antonio, TX. I am a newbie to real estate investing and I need your help! I am currently a public school teacher at a middle school in San Antonio. I have been diving into reading over the past few weeks as well as listening to some of the podcasts. I am now here with the goal of learning as much as I can to help me get into investing. I am hoping to house hack first then go more into buy and hold or BRRRR...still undecided. I have been saving money since I started working 4 years ago and think I have a decent chunk of change saved up to get me to my first deal within the next few months. I want to get started with the goal to eventually double(or even triple) my current income so I can focus a little more on some other passions of mine. I am hoping to make many new colleagues and friends along this new journey of mine. I am excited to be here!
