Hey BiggerPockets Members,
My name is Drew and I am new to the real estate game. In all honesty, new is a euphemism. I have not made my first deal as of this moment. I am currently in pre-licensing at Superior School of Real Estate and plan on buying my first property by June of 2018. I am trying to minimize the learning curve in order to overcome Charlotte's high barrier of entry for the industry. If anyone has any advice, please feel free to share!! I am extremely approachable and would love to trade coffee for advice! If anyone has any free time on Wednesdays, please let me know. I'm more than willing to splurge for a venti!!
