    Hey @Eldren Laranas welcome to the site! You are coming to the right place to dip your feet and then jump fully in! Real estate is a great vehicle for real estate investing as it sounds like you know, so I would for sure pick everyone's brain on this site. At least as much as you can! Also, get some first hand experience from working with some investors if you can!

    Hello @David M. I apologize for the very late reply back. I had some personal things I had to attend to which made it challenging for me to keep up with Bigger Pockets. Thank you for reaching out to me. I appreciate it. Connecting with you and chat about the local market is an awesome idea. Lets meet up next week.
