New investor from Northern VA
Hi Everyone,
My name is Duy and I am just starting my real estate journey and am excited to meet any learn from people on this site! I live and work in the DMV area and am looking to invest in Baltimore. I have spent the last few months combing through the forum, listening to podcasts and reading real estate books and am now ready to start! We (wife and I) have saved up enough capital to start our investing. My main focus is BRRR and multifamily in the Pigtown area of Baltimore. If you are familiar with the area or have recommendations on other neighborhoods, I would love to hear from you.
