hi everybody, just thought I'd post an intro. I stumbled upon this website when I was browsing around learning about investing and real estate. I saw a lot of helpful tools so I thought I would join up.  my name is John Ryan, I am an Electrician and a Log home builder and I live in Nanaimo BC Canada. I hope to own my own property in the next 5 years and start saving and investing to possibly own a rental property as well.
