Introduction: Newbie from Houston

Hello Bigger Pocket Community!

Hope everyone is doing great. I am a Construction Management Professional working with a mid-sized Commercial Construction GC in Houston Area. I found Bigger Pockets few weeks ago when I was looking for info on real estate investing and every article took me to Bigger Pockets forums. Ever since, I have been listening to podcasts (while driving to and from work everyday), attending webinars, and reading books on real estate and investing.

Now I think it's time for ACTION. I am actively looking for investment properties ( on MLS, HAR and Craigslist) , have lined up conventional loan, contacted hard money lenders for their criteria and process.

I really look forward to interacting on these forums and learning as much as possible.
