Hello all,
I suppose it's time to start a formal introduction. I've been reading/researching/listening to the pod cast on BP for awhile now. I was turned on to it by my good friend. I recently took a trip to Cleveland to help him out on a duplex he just bought, we busted our butt to finish one unit, making it rent ready in 4 days. The main purpose of the trip for me was to explore the market, make some connections and get to know the area of where I want to purchase a buy and hold for cash flow. I felt I accomplished in those areas. My friend has been a tremendous help with connections and education of real estate, I am essentially piggy backing off of him! (no favors go unreturned.) I am in the process of searching for a single family house. I have an excellent real estate agent who has done a tremendous job at educating me on all things Cleveland.
Personally, I'm a firefighter in Bethel Alaska, recently married and share with my wife the long term goal of being finical independent.
