NEW Utah Wanna Be :)

Hey all, I am not currently investing but am in the process of doing due diligence and determining my strategy.

I bought into one of those 20k real estate courses about 12 years ago and got really burned out do to the information I was given and the lack of real people I could talk to. I am and always have been passionate about wanting to do realestate investing just wasn't sure where to start.

Fast forward to today, I am a cabinet salesman for a large local manufacturer and do well. I am looking to get into investing as I believe that it is one of the safest ways to create the wealth for my future. I stumbled on bigger pockets about 3 weeks ago and have been Loving it.  It has reignited the passion that I have for it and I look forward to moving forward with it.

I am currently looking at deals just to get a feel for an area so really just in the beginning stages. Any pointers as far as evaluating my area are greatly appreciated.  I look forward to meeting you all.
